Lisa is a Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas, she was primarily raised on her grandparent's farm near Hunter, a small Texas town located between New Braunfels and San Marcos, Texas. She has practiced Real Estate and has been licensed with the Texas Real Estate Commission since 1993. Lisa, attended school in California, Texas and Hawaii, and has practiced Real Estate in Texas, Florida and Chicago.

We assist clients with everything from property management, credit repairs, contracts, listing homes, buying homes, appraisals, surveys, title process, property insurance, housing rentals, property management, investment properties, relocation services all the way to farm and ranch, short sales, luxury listings, commercial listings, due diligence, feasibility studies, cap rates, new commercial developments, hotels, multi- family sales, to retail centers.

We mentor agents throughout the State of Texas and believe that under Lisa's sponsorship, Realtors/Agents should have the option to keep a larger portion of their commission, so they can use that money to market and grow their business and brand, in order to make a name for themselves. 

Lisa also, played a key lead role in launching the Re/Max Realty Advantage Commercial Division. While Lisa mentored new commercial agents, she was also part of the development team for land located within the Verano Texas A&M a 4,242 acre development. Lisa Marie worked hand in hand with Garrison Partners, (a Chicago based Real Estate company) with the pre-sales, development and launch of Vidorra, a high-rise in San Antonio, simultaneously they restored and converted The Mansion at Turtle Creek, Dallas Texas, into condos. Lisa Marie's apartment and property management experience led her to become a mulit-million-dollar producer as she worked with apartment owners to sell apartments throughout the State of Texas. A few apartment communities that Lisa took to market include, Crestwood, Whitewood apartments, Ashby Place apartments, The Huntington apartments, Cibolo apartments, Lockhart apartments and Rio Vista apartments, located on the IH-35 / IH-10 corridor between Austin and San Antonio, Texas.

Our team finds it most rewarding when we are able to confidentially help property owners, who can no longer make their mortgage payments. Being short sale certified, we have successfully helped families delay the foreclosure process by working diligently and directly with the lender. Our team negotiates directly with the servicer/lender to first and foremost allow the property owner to reside in their home without making any future payments and or any arrear mortgage payments. In most cases, during the negotiation process the calls stop, and the letters stop. The short sale process can take up to one full year to complete.

With approval from the loan servicer/mortgage lender, our team likes to "pay it forward" by giving the property owners a tax free "rebate" at the closing.  The rebate money is given to the client that would otherwise be the brokers commission. The rebate assists with the client's future living expenses and with no obligation to pay any money back. 

Lisa holds the following designations GRED, CPM and ARM. She is currently working on her Accredited Land Consultant designation and she enjoys being a member of the Laredo Noon Optimist Club, Laredo Builders Association, Board Member of the Victoria Apartment Association, San Antonio Apartment Association, The Greater Austin Apartment Association, The Texas Apartment Association and National Apartment Association, San Antonio Board Of Realtors, The Austin Board Of Realtors, The Houston Association Of Realtors, Four Rivers Board of Realtors, Central Texas MLS, Texas Association Of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is short sale certified, allowing her to work with bank owned properties, and their underwriters, for pre-foreclosures and short sale transactions.  

Born in Houston, Texas and proud to call the Lone Star State home. I attended what is now The University of Texas at Brownsville and Sam Houston State University, majoring in Business and Psychology. Afterwards I worked for the Golfsmith/Harvey Penick Academy and then several Golf Courses as Director of Golf before accepting leadership positions at successful start-up technology companies including SkyGolf a leading provider of GPS-based golfing solutions, CourseTrends, a golf marketing company and ClubCaddie.
