Our standard arrangement provides agents with a 90% commission at closing, while the remaining 10% goes to the brokerage. However, for those interested in joining a team, the commission structure may vary depending on the team leader.

Regardless of whether you choose our standard 90/10 split or a team arrangement, we provide a lead generation program at no additional cost to you, ensuring a consistent flow of leads. For investor agents who are also licensed brokers or associate brokers, our "Investor Keeps 100%" program is the perfect fit. When you own and exchange properties, Texas Land & Property will not collect any commission, allowing you to keep all your profits without any limits on the number of properties exchanged. This program extends to agent homeowners as well.

Our transaction management system of choice is Dotloop, which is offered to you free of charge. At Texas Land & Property, we do not impose monthly fees or hidden charges, ensuring transparency in all our dealings.

New agents hold a special place in our priorities, and we delight in providing comprehensive support to ensure their success. With our industry experience and expertise, we offer hands-on training, guiding new agents through the entire transaction process. Each new agent is assigned a personal mentor who will be there every step of the way, from joining your new board and MLS to navigating contracts, inspections, appraisals, title commitments, settlement disclosures, and finally, closing and receiving your commission check. Additionally, our in-house transaction coordinator works closely with new agents to ensure accuracy and efficiency in their transactions.

Unlike other brokers Texas Land & Property prioritizes your commission payment. The title company issues your commission check at closing and funding, ensuring that you receive immediate payment once your paperwork is submitted on time.

We make the sponsorship process quick and easy through the TREC website, and activation of your license can be done almost immediately.
